Issues associated with the collection of crushed glass saw the appliance redesigned and Pre Production Prototypes (PPP) exhibited at the Grand Designs Live Exhibition in 2011 April/may 2011
 
Discussions are ongoing with various potential manufacturers in various parts of the world and with well known Distributors in the UK and overseas.
SmartTRASHER intend to offer the appliance through recognised leading High Street retailers once production volume becomes available.
